摘 要:以云南松一年生实生苗为试验材料,研究不同基质和激素处理对云南松幼苗生理特性的影响,结果表明:不同激素处理下云南松幼苗叶绿素浓度和含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均以红土+腐殖土+炭渣基质处理的要高于红土的,分别以红土和红土+腐殖土+炭渣为基质,不同激素处理下叶绿素浓度和含量、可溶性糖含量、POD和SOD活性、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量也呈现相应的变化。Taking Pinus yunnanensis one year seedlings as test material, the Effects on physiological characteristics of different matrix and hormone treatments on Pinus yunnanensis seedlings were studied, Results indicated that the chlorophyll concentration and content,soluble sugar content,Proline and MDA of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with different hormone treatment in the red clay + humus + cinders matrix processing were higher than the red clay ; Taking the red clay and red clay + humus + cinders matrix as a substrate respectively, the chlorophyll concentration and content,soluble sugar content,POD and SOD activity,Proline and MDA of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings with different hormone treatments also showed corresponding changes.
