关于中国行政权力监督问题的几点思考

摘　　要：行政权力是一项与广大人民的根本利益联系最为密切的权力。失去监督的权力必然导致玩忽职守、滥用职权、贪污腐败等问题的出现,进而产生权力异化,损害人民的根本利益,降低政府的公信力。所以,加强行政权力监督是我国政府在国家权力行使过程中始终强调的一个重要问题。但就我国当前情况来看,关于行政权力的监督仍然存在一些缺陷。因此,有必要对加强我国行政权力监督的必要性及其存在的问题做进一步分析,进而提出加强和完善我国行政权力监督的对策建议。Administrative power is a power which is most closely connected with the fundamental interests of the people. The power without supervision will cause many problems including malpractice, misfeasance and corrup- tion. Furthermore, it will lead to the alienation of power and the damage of fundamental interests of the people, to- gether with the reduction of the credibility of the government. Therefore, the reinforcement of administrative power supervision is an important issue that China government emphasizes during the exercise of state power. As things stand, however, there exits some defects about the supervision of administrative power. It is necessary to analyze the necessity of the strengthening of Chinese administrative power supervision and the existing problems. Sugges- tions about how to strengthen and perfect the supervision of Chinese administrative power are thereby introduced.
