摘 要:以乙二胺和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料合成N-胺乙基马来酰胺酸,并与乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、过硫酸铵、聚乙二醇4000进行无皂乳液聚合包裹磁性Fe3O4,制备了表面同时含氨基和羧基的磁性Fe3O4复合微粒。考察了聚合包裹原料配比、反应时间等参数对微粒制备的影响。采用IR、SEM、分光光度法等对结果进行了表征,得到表面同时含有氨基和羧基、包裹率97%的复合高分子磁性材料。N-aminoethyl maleinaniu acid was synthesized by using erhylenediamine and maleic anhydride as raw ma- terials and acetone as solvent. The obtained functional monomer which contains both corboxyl and amine groups was then copolymerized with ethylenely coldimethacrylate(EGDMA), ammonium persulfate and polyethylene glycol-4000 in the pres- ence of magnetic Fe3 04 nanoparticles as shell material. And the composite magnetic microspheres containing both carboxyl and amine were then prepared. The effect of ratio of raw materials and reaction time on materials property were investigated. The obtained magnetic composite microspheres were characterized by IR, TEM VSM and spectrophotometer. The results indicated that obtained material had good magnetic property and the package ratio reached 97%.
