摘　　要：将端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)与四氢呋喃和环氧丙烷的共聚醚以不同的比例混合作为软段通过预聚体法合成了一系列的聚氨酯弹性体,详细考查了HTPB/共聚醚的比例和不同扩链剂对所合成材料的物理机械性能、耐水性能、电性能和热性能的影响。结果表明当HTPB/共聚醚为30/70,由MOCA为扩链剂时,所合成材料的各项性能最佳。A series polyurethane（PU） elastomer based on hydroxyl-temfinated polybutadien（HTPB）/copolyether with different ratio used as blend soft segment by prepolymer methods were synthesized. The effects of HTPB/copolyether ratios and different chain extender on the mechanical properties, hydrolytic stability , thermal stability and electric proper- ties of PU elastomers were studied. The results showed that the all properties of PUs obtained were best when the ratio of HTPB/copolyether was 30/70 and MOCA used as chain extender.
