摘 要:天然高聚物的生物相容性好,可以促进细胞的粘附和生长,所以可以用来构建组织工程力架。通过静电纺丝技术得到的纳米纤维与胶原纤维等细胞支架材料的尺寸相近,因此,利用生物高分子静电纺丝作为血管、骨和皮肤等生物力架具有很好的效果。论述了静电纺丝技术的基本原理,并且就各种高分子材料的特点和具体应用展开了一定的说明,高压静电纺丝技术作为目前制备纳米级纤维的主要手段,未来将会在纺织工程、生物工程、组织工程以及农业工程等领域发挥更为显著的作用。Natural high polymer possesses well biological compatibility and can promote cell adhesion and growth, therefore,this material can be used to construct tissue engineering frame.Nano-fiber obtained through electrospinning technology has similar size with collagen fiber cell scaffold material,so it has a very good effect to use polymer electrospinning as tissue engineering frame such as the vascular, bone and skin.This paper discusses the basic principle of eleetrospinning technology and explains the characteristics and applications of various polymeric materials.As the main method of preparing nano-fiber, high voltage electrospinning technology in the future will play a more significant role in areas such as textile engineering, biological engineering, tissue engineering and agricultural engineering.
