摘  要:选用宁夏引黄灌区水地和南部山区旱地冬小麦主栽品种和高代品系20份,对其农艺、产量及品质性状进行了研究,结果表明:各冬小麦品种的最高总茎数、穗数、株高、穗粒数、穗粒重、产量、面团形成时间、面团稳定时间、淀粉糊化特性中稀懈值变异幅度较大,变异系数介于32.2%~67.8%;农艺性状中的返青期、抽穗期、株高、穗数,品质性状中的籽粒硬度、吸水率、面团形成时间、面团稳定时间以及淀粉性状中的低谷粘度、最终粘度、峰值时间和糊化温度相关系数(0.46~0.88)较高,分别达到显著或极显著水平。同一品种在灌区、山区种植表现出显著差异。20 main cultivars and high generation strains of the winter wheat on irrigated land in Yellow River Irrigation Area and on dry land in Southern Mountainous Area of Ningxia were selected to make an study of their agronomy,yield and quality traits.The result showed that it were relatively large that the range of variation of the highest total stem number,spike number,plant height,grain number per spike,grain weight,yield,dough development time,dough stability time and the dilute slack values among the starch pasting properties of various winter wheat varieties and the coefficient of variation was between 32.2%~67.8% and it were higher(0.46~0.88),reaching significant or extremely significant level that the correlation coefficients of the agronomic traits such as greenup,heading date,plant height and panicle number,the quality traits such as grain hardness,water absorption,dough development time and dough stability time and the starch properties such as trough viscosity,final viscosity,peak time and gelatinization temperature.They showed significant differences when the same variety was grown in Yellow River Irrigation Area and in Southern Mountainous Area.
