摘　　要：以PLC为控制核心,采用变频技术、传感器技术,实现了工业洗衣机的自动化控制.分析了工业洗衣机的技术现状和应用中存在的诸多问题,讨论了自动控制系统的结构组成、工作原理、器件的选择、硬件电路的设计.设计提高了工业洗衣机的自动化水平,并使其机械结构得到大大的简化,降低了工业洗衣机的故障率和能量损耗,弥补了传统工业洗衣机在应用中的不足.PLC controller is used to realize the automatic control of industrial washing machine based on frequency conversion technology and sensor technology.The paper analyzed the problems in application and present situation of industrial washing machine and discussed the structure,operation principle,components selection and hardware circuit design of automatic control system.The design improved the automatic level of the industrial washing machine, simplified its mechanical structure greatly,reduced the failure rate and energy loss,and made up for the application deficiencies in the traditional industrial washing machine.
