Hcu280、Mcu375与Tcu220c三种宫内节育器临床效果及经济适用性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨Hcu280IUD、Mcu375IUD与Tcu220c IUD的不良反应率、续用率及经济适用性。方法:将本站2009年12月-2011年1月符合入选条件的336例妇女,随机分成三组,分别放置Hcu280IUD、Mcu375IUD与Tcu220c IUD,进行对照研究,放置后追踪满12个月,对其不良反应率、因症取出率、续用率等进行观察对比。结果:Hcu280组1年末累计续用率为97.3%、Mcu375组为95.5%、Tcu220c组为87.5%,Hcu280组、Mcu375组>Tcu220c组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因症取出率、脱落率Hcu280组、Mcu375组<Tcu220c组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Hcu280组、Mcu375组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hcu280IUD、Mcu375IUD避孕效果和可接受性较高于Tcu220c IUD,不良反应较小,适合临床广泛使用。结合Hcu280IUD经济成本远小于Mcu375IUD,更适合于经济欠发达地区临床广泛使用。Objective：To explore the adverse reaction rates,the continued use rates and the applicability of the economy of the Hcu280 IUD、 Mcu375 IUD and Tcu220c IUD.Method：336 women from December 2009 to January 2011 according with conditions were divided into 3 groups,placed with Hcu280 IUD,Mcu375 IUD and Tcu220c IUD,make an observation and studies for 12 months,compared with the Adverse reaction rate,the removal rate for medical reasons and continuation rates.Result：The end of 1 year Cumulative continuation rate Hcu280 group 97.3%,Mcu375 group 95.5%,Tcu220c group 87.5%,Hcu280 group,Mcu375 group Tcu220c group,the difference was statistical significance（P0.05）.The remove rate and expulsion of Hcu280 group,Mcu375 group Tcu220c group.The difference was statistical significance（P0.05）.Hcu280 group,Mcu375 groups was not statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Hcu280 IUD and Mcu375 IUD in contraceptive effectiveness and acceptability are much higher than Tcu220c IUD and with smaller Adverse reaction,they can be widely used in clinical use.And Hcu280 IUD is more suitable for widely used of undeveloped areas clinical for the smaller economic cost than Mcu375 IUD.
