摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内镜辅助治疗桥小脑角表皮样囊肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析46例采用神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗桥小脑角表皮样囊肿的临床资料。结果:全切40例,次全切除6例,术后随访3～12个月,41例患者症状消失,无死亡及复发病例。结论:通过神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗桥小脑角表皮样囊肿,手术安全,可避免过度牵拉神经血管结构及扩大骨窗来切除突入邻近结构的肿瘤,是治疗桥小脑角表皮样囊肿的理想方法。Objective：To explore the efficacy of Neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgical resection of epidermoid cyst of the cerebellopontine angle.Method：The clinical data of 46 intracranial CPA epidermoid cyst were analyzed,and all the patient underwent neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgical resection.Result：All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months postoperatively,Symptoms disappeared was seen in 41 patients,there was no death or recurrence.Conclusion：The endoscope-assisted microsurgical technique enables safe removal even when tumor parts are not visible in a straight line,Tumor extensions into adjacent cranial compartments can be removed with the same approach without retracting neurovascular structures or enlarging the craniotomy,and it is an ideal procedure for CPA epidermoid cyst.
