多层螺旋CT在腰椎滑脱手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在腰椎滑脱手术中的应用价值。方法:采用GELightSpeed16层螺旋CT机扫描,经平片初诊为腰椎滑脱并接受16排螺旋CT扫描的患者65例,利用获得的横断影像进行后处理。结果:65例腰椎滑脱病例中,有62例均为向前滑脱,3例向后滑脱;其中L3前滑脱5例,L4向前滑脱13例,L5前滑脱44例,L5后滑脱3例。结论:应用MSCT对腰椎滑脱进行扫描机影像后处理,为临床外科手术提供了方便、直观、可操作性、重复性影像资料,因此,多层螺旋CT对于腰椎滑脱手术前治疗方案的制定,手术后疗效评估起到了积极作用。Objective：To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） in lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery.Method：To use the GE Light Speed 16 slice spiral CT machine scan,lumbar spondylolisthesis by plain film with newly diagnosed and accept 65 cases of 16-slice spiral CT scans of patients,the cross-sectional image post-processing.Result：In 65 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis cases,62 cases were slip forward,3 cases of backward slippage,and waist 3 slippage five cases,L4 forward slippage of 13 cases of 44 cases,L5 spondylolisthesis,lumbar spondylolisthesis 5 three cases.Conclusion：MSCT in lumbar spondylolisthesis with scanning and image processing provides a convenient and intuitive operability,repetitive images,and multi-slice spiral CT before surgery for lumbar spondylolisthesis treatment programs to develop clinical surgery,the efficacy assessment after surgery play a positive role.
