30例心尖肥厚型心肌病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)的临床特点。方法:对30例AHCM患者的临床表现、心电图、超声心动图、左心室造影的特征进行分析。结果:30例AHCM均伴有心电图异常。心脏超声提示心尖部心肌肥厚24例,占约80%,左心室造影22例,20例见特征性改变,阳性率约90.9%。结论:心电图、超声心动图、左心室造影均对AHCM有重要诊断价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Method：To analyze the reprentation of 30 AHCM patients in clinical manifestations,electrocardiogram,ultrasound heartbeat graph and left ventricular angiography.Result：30 patients represented abnormal electrocardiogram.24 cases showed tip apex myocardial hypertrophy with cardiac ultrasound accounted for 80% of all patients.In 22 patients with left ventricular angiography,20 cases showed characteristic changes,the positive rate was 90.9%.Conclusion：Electrocardiogram,ultrasound heartbeat graph,and left ventricular angiography have important value in the diagnosis of AHCM.
