摘 要:"再论‘格’辩"一文多被学界划入Fillmore格语法体系,并定性为格语法二期理论。研究发现,"再论"一文是在第二代认知科学兴起的背景下依照框架语义学的基本原则考察句子语义和语法结构关系问题的理论成果,它将场景认知过程与语法关系选择有机结合起来,突出认知语义内容在语法结构中的基础作用,再一次体现了Fillmore语言研究在格语法式微过程中的认知转向,因此无法纳入格语法体系。The Case for Case Reopened is often placed in Fillmore' s Case Grammar and classified as the second phase ot Case Gram- mar. This paper argues that The Case for Case Reopened, written in the context of the rising second-generation cognitive science, is a work which aims to reveal the meaning-form relationship in clauses by following the basic principle laid down in Frame Se- mantics. Achieving an organic connection between cognitive processes and the choice of grammatical relations, and highlighting the underlying cognitive-semantic content as motivation for grammatical structure, this work witnesses the cognitive turn once a- gain in the context of the declining Case Grammar, and thus cannot be labeled as Case Grammar.
