摘  要:洗浴中心排放的废水中含有大量可回收废热。本文首先对某公共浴室排放的洗浴废水的温度和水量进行了实时测试。为研究洗浴废水的热回收特性,依据工程实测数据,设计并搭建了一套洗浴废水热回收热泵系统实验台。而后分别从污水储水箱、壳管式蒸发器、热泵系统3个方面进行了运行特性测试,并对比分析了连续供应热水模式和间断供应热水模式下的运行特性。测试结果显示,利用热泵系统回收洗浴废水废热切实可行,热能回收潜力较大。测试工况下系统COP为3.02。间断供应热水模式与连续供应热水模式下系统COP相当,但前者运行工况波动较大,后者运行稳定,因此推荐采用连续供应热水模式。Waste bath water contains amounts of heat which can be recovered and reused. In this paper,the water temperature and flow rate of waste bath water discharged from a common bath room were measured. And then, in order to investigate the characteristics of the waste heat recovery system ,an experimental heat pump water heating system using waste bath water as heat source was designed. A series of tests were carried out for the operating characteristics of waste water storage tank,waste water evaporator and heat pump system. Meanwhile, the continuous and intermittent hot water supply modes were compared. The results demonstrated that it was feasible to recover the heat from waste bath water using heat pump system, which had great potential in application. The tested COP of the waste heat recovery system under the operating condition was 3.02, the COPs under continuous and intermittent hot water supply modes were relatively consistent,but all the operating parameters of the intermittent mode fluctuated greatly and they were steady under the continuous mode. Therefore,the continuous hot water supply mode was recommended.
