摘　　要：绿色施工在我国尚处于起步阶段,亟需树立起可供施工企业学习和借鉴的标杆项目。本文采用个性优势识别的方法,从个体的角度出发,通过客观地识别各个绿色施工项目的优劣点,给出了"个体标杆"和"群体标杆"的评定方法,以期为我国绿色施工的标杆评定工作提供一种新的和更趋客观的理论方法。Green construction in China is still at an early development stage,which requires benchmarking projects as reference for construction enterprises. In this paper, using the method of individual advantage identification and starting from the individual perspective, the evaluation methods for individual benchmarking and group benchmarking were presented based on the advantages and disadvantages of green construction projects,which was attempt to provide an innovative and more objective method of benchmarking evaluation for green construction in China.
