摘 要:针对变速定桨风力发电机组(wind energy conversionsystem,WECS),提出一种简单有效的全风速功率控制策略,不仅可实现机组在全风速范围内的最大功率点跟踪(maximum power point tracking,MPPT)、恒转速以及恒功率控制,还可实现3种工况之间的自然过渡。首先对其工作原理进行详细地分析,并建立一套实验平台,展开实验研究,验证该方法的可行性及存在的问题;随后,进一步提出一种软失速控制策略,对其工作原理和年发电量的损失情况进行详细分析,论证该方法的可行性和优越性,并展开实验研究。通过与全风速控制策略的对比分析发现,软失速控制策略能显著地降低机组在高风速区的瞬态载荷,延长其使用寿命,并能大幅地降低后级变换器和发电机的额定容量,控制成本。In this paper,a new simple and effective full-range power control strategy for variable-speed fixed-pitch wind energy conversion system(WECS) was proposed.With this control strategy,not only the safe and stable operation of the WECS over full range of wind speed was guaranteed,but also the natural transition among maximum power point tracking(MPPT),constant rotational speed,and constant power operational regions was achieved.The operational principle of the proposed strategy was firstly analyzed,and then an experimental platform was established and the feasibility,merits and drawbacks were discussed according to the experimental results.Subsequently,a novel soft-stall power control strategy was further proposed within the whole wind velocity range.The operational principle and annual energy yield of the soft-stall strategy were carefully analyzed.It is found that the soft-stall control strategy can remarkably reduce the dynamic load,prolong the lifespan of WECS.What's more,experimental results of soft-stall control strategy indicate that the rated power of generator and power converters can be greatly reduced compared to the first control strategy.
