摘 要:为了较好的对船舶电力系统进行监控,设计了一个以MCS-51系列单片机为核心的Modbus服务器,针对传统单片机系统软件与应用设计变更和功能扩展需要进行大量改动的缺点,尝试在MCS-51系列单片机应用系统中移植μCOS-II实时操作系统,利用串口扩展芯片GM8125,用较低廉的成本,设计一个实时性较好的Modbus服务器,通过改进的Modbus协议,实现了一台PC监控多台GPC设备,从而使系统的可靠性和稳定性得到较大提高。In the paper,a Modbus protocol server with MCS-51 as core is designed for better monitoring ship power system.In view of the disadvantages of the traditional MCS-51 system software that a lot of modifications are necessary for changing applications and expanded functions,it is tried to transplant the real-time operating system of μCOS-Ⅱ into application systems of MCS-51 series one-chip equipment.It uses the serial port expansion chip GM8125 with lower costs and a better design of real-time Modbus protocol servers.By improved Modbus protocol,it achieves that one PC monitors several GPC equipment,which largely improves the reliability and robustness of the system.
