摘　　要：采用复合酶冷堆+低温氧漂工艺对棉织物进行低温前处理,探讨了复合酶001、活化剂DZ-1和双氧水用量对前处理效果的影响,并介绍了大车生产实践。结果表明,复合酶冷堆+低温氧漂工艺可使传统双氧水漂白的温度从98～100℃降低到80℃漂白;与传统前处理工艺相比,低温前处理半成品染色牢度与之相当。Cotton pretreatment is carried out with cold pad-batch scouring （ using complex enzyme 001 and activator DZ-1 ） and low-temperature peroxide bleaching process, influences of dosages of enzyme OOl, activator DZ-1 and hydrogen peroxide,on pretreatment results are discussed, and the practice applications are introduced. The results show that the new pretreatment process can reduce the bleaching temperature from 98 ～ 100 ℃to 80 ℃, and the product treated with the new pretreatment process has the same color fastness as that with the traditional one.
