摘 要:综述了近年来国内外在纺织品及皮革中禁用偶氮染料的检测中,应用新型样品预处理技术和检测技术的研究进展,前者包括固相萃取技术、液液微萃取技术、超临界流体萃取技术、微波萃取技术和一步萃取快速筛选法等;后者则有串联质谱技术和表面解吸电喷雾或化学电离质谱法等。通过比较各方法的优缺点,指出建立简便、快速、灵敏的检测方法仍是禁用偶氮染料检测方法研究的热点。The research progress of application of new sample pretreatment technology and testing technology in detection of banned azo dyes in textiles and leather is reviewed. The former includes solid phase extraction, liquid-liquid microextraction technique, supercritical fluid extraction, microwave extraction technique and one step extraction rapid screening method. The latter describes tandem mass spectrometry technique, surface desorption electrospray ionization and chemical ionization mass spectrometry. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared. It is presented that establishing easy, quick and sensitive testing methods is still the hotspot in this field.
