迟发性创伤性膈疝7例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨迟发性创伤性膈疝的临床诊治方法。方法回顾性分析2006年1月—2010年2月我院收治的7例迟发性创伤性膈疝患者的临床治疗情况。结果所有患者均得到随访,1例术后并发胸腔积液,1例术后并发肺部感染。所有患者均痊愈出院,未发生膈疝复发。结论迟发性创伤性膈疝应结合患者既往致伤病史、症状、体征应用敏感性、特异性较高的诊断方式及早作出诊断,避免延误诊治,一旦确诊应早期进行手术治疗。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods 7 patients who suffered from delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, All of them that had been treated with operation s were retrospectively studied since 2006. Results In all 7 patients, thoracic related complications were pleural effusion in 1 case, and other complication was pneumonia in lcase. All were fonow-up and recovered uneventfully. Conclusion Clinical manifestations combined with image and physical examination and history were keys to diagnose delayed traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Surgical operation was necessary in early stages.
