独活活性成分蛇床子素的药理学研究进展

摘　　要：独活是具有千年药用历史的古老中药,其主要活性成分为蛇床子素(7-甲氧基-8-异戊烯基香豆素),具有广泛的药理作用。综述近20年国内外关于蛇床子素药理学研究进展,为蛇床子素临床应用奠定坚实的理论基础,并为创新药物研发提供一个可行的先导化合物。Duhuo which is used widely by traditional medicine doctors exerts a broad spectrum of pharmacological ac tivities and is considered to have potential therapeutic applications. Osthole ,7 methoxy 8 （3 methyl 2 butenyl） coumarin（ Figure 1 ）, is the major bio activity compound of Duhuo. In this paper,we reviewed all the references related to Osthole in recent 20 years to summarize its pharmacological activities, thus maybe establish a solid theory foundation for Osthole application and provide a very promising natural lead compound for new drug discovery.
