摘 要:进入新世纪以来,中国工业化、城镇化、农业现代化进程不断加快,农业水利化、机械化与信息化水平不断提高,劳动力知识水平不断提升,产学研联接日益紧密,种养结构和经营方式日益多样,生产经营组织化与产业化水平不断提升。人们消费结构的日益脱粮化和对农产品质量要求的不断提高,以及农村劳动力日益呈现的结构性短缺现象,都对中国农业现代化提出更高挑战。推进农业现代化,应协调工业化、城镇化与农业现代化,高度重视和切实保障粮食安全,提高粮食安全水平,完善农业社会化服务体系。After the entry of the 21st century, the progress of industrialization, urbanization, and agriculture modernization has been accelerated in China; the levels of agricultural water conservancy, mechanization and informatization, knowledge of labor have been enhanced continuously; the industry-learning-research has been more close; the structure and running ways have been diversified day after day; the organized production and operation level have been enhanced. However, peoples' consuming structure and higher demands to less agricultural products; and the structural shortage of rural labor all have put more challenge to agriculture modernization. The authors suggest coordinating industrialization, urbanization and agriculture modernization; focusing on and ensure food safety, to enhance food safety level, perfecting agricultural social service system.
