摘  要:为实现500 kV架空输电线路自动化巡检,设计制造了适合于高纬度寒区应用的机载电力巡线光电稳定吊舱系统。根据我国寒区电力巡检特点及任务,确定了系统主要技术参数;根据目标最小分辨率设计了光学成像系统;采用了主动式陀螺稳定技术、被动式机械减振和电子稳像技术保证了系统的高稳定精度,采用三闭环结构提高了系统的控制带宽;采用抗低温设计保证系统的低温工作性能。系统稳定精度测试及寒区外场架空输电线路巡查试验结果表明,机载电力巡线光电稳定吊舱系统稳定精度优于30μrad,80 m距离内可清晰识别销针、R/M销等微小零件,其80 m目标最小分辨率优于2 mm;系统满足我国寒区冬季电力巡线应用要求,高纬度和低温环境下(40℃)应用优势明显。测试和实验结果验证了高寒区机载电力巡线光电稳定吊舱系统设计的正确性和合理性。In order to achieve automatic inspection of 500 kV overhead transmission line, air-borne optoelectronic stabilized pod system for power line inspection applied in cold and high latitude area was designed and manufactured. According to the power line inspection features and tasks of domestic cold area, main technical parameters of the system were determined. According to target minimum resolution, optical imaging system was designed. Active gyro stable technology, passive mechanical damping and electronic image stabilization technology were used to ensure the high stabilization accuracy of the system. Three closed loop structure was used to raise the control bandwidth of the system. Low temperature resistance design was adopted to ensure working performance of the system at low temperature. The results of system stabilization accuracy test and overhead transmission line inspection experiment in cold area show that the stabilization accuracy of air-borne optoelectronic stabilized pod system is superior to 30prad. Micro parts such as pins and R/M pins of target object can be clearly identified from the designed instrument within 80m apart. Its 80m apart minimum target resolution is superior to 2 mm. This system meets the power line inspection requirements in domestic cold area in winter. It has apparent advantages when used in high latitude and low temperature (-40℃).The validity and rationality of air-borne optoelectronic stabilized pod system in cold area have been verified through tests and experiment.
