摘 要:将具有自缩合或自氧化性的功能单体引入到单组分水性涂料成膜树脂的分子链上,在涂料室温成膜过程中,功能基团相互间的自缩合或自氧化作用可实现单组分水性涂料的室温自交联。本文介绍了近年来国内外单组分水性涂料室温自交联技术的研究进展,详细阐述了各种室温自交联体系及交联机理,包括N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺及其衍生物的室温自交联、不饱和脂肪酸中双键的室温自氧化交联、基于环氧基团的室温自交联和硅氧烷的室温水解缩聚自交联,并展望了水性涂料自交联技术的发展趋势。Appropriate cross- linking is one of the important ways to improve the performance of coat- ings. The functional monomers capable of self- condensation or auto- oxidation were introduced into the molecular chain of the coating resin, and the self - erosslinking of one component waterborne coating was condocted through the self- condensation or auto - oxidation of the functional monomer during the film for- mation at ambient temperature. Compared with the traditional waterborne coatings, one component water- borne coatings based on the ambient temperature self- erosslinking teehnology has many characteristics, such as environmental protection, energy conservation and low price. The progress in ambient temperature self- Crosslinking technology of one component waterborne c, oatings was reviewed in this paper. Various self - erosslinking systems and mechanisms including self - erosslinking of N - methylol acrylamide and its de- rivatives and epoxy groups, and siloxanes, auto -oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids, were summarized, and the development trends of self- erossliuking technologies of waterborne coatings were prospeted.
