摘  要:制备了阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,并以此为乳化剂制备了甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MAPTMS)改性的双酚S环氧丙烯酸酯(BPSA)/聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)水性涂料。FT-IR研究表明,该涂料可使用紫外光进行固化;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及动态力学谱仪(DMA)等研究分析表明,自由基引发的非等温固化反应可用自催化esták-Berg-gren(S-B)动力模型描述,该组分体系具有良好的相容性,MAPTMS的加入可改善涂膜的热性能,当硅烷偶联剂含量为8%时,玻璃化温度Tg达到最大,与纯组分相比提高了11.5℃。光固化涂层有很好的耐酸/碱性、附着力和硬度。An anionic polyurethane acrylate was prepared, which was used as the emulsifier for prapra- tion of methylacryloylpropyl trimethoxysilane (MAPTMS) modified bisphenol S eopxy acrylate (BPSA)/poly- urethane acrlylate based waterborne coating. The coating were characterized by FT - IR, DSC and DMA. FT - IR results showed that the coating can be UV cured. The DSC and DMA analysis indicated that the radical initiated non - isothermal curing reaction could be described by a two - parameter autocatalytic Sestak - Berggren (S- B) kinetic model. The three components in the system were well compatible and MAPTMS could improve the thermal properties of coating film. The glass transition temperature Tg reached the highest when the amount of MAPTMS was 8% , which was increased by 11.5 ℃ than the pure system. The coating film showed better alkali -acid resistance, adhesion and hardness.
