摘  要:采用微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定藏药马尿泡不同部位中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等21种元素的含量,该方法线性关系良好,r≥0.9980,加标回收率为95.4%~104.2%,相对标准偏差均小于3.9%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。结果表明,藏药马尿泡中含有种类丰富的常、微量元素。其中,尤以Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn等在各部位含量较高。此测定结果可为探讨藏药马尿泡中元素含量与其药效的相关性提供一定的科学数据。In this paper, the contents of 21 elements in different parts of Tibetan medicine Przewalskia tangutica Maxim. were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) with microwave digestion method. Linear correlation coefficients for the analyzed elements were larger than 0. 9980 and excellent linear responses were obtained. Recoveries of this method obtained by standard addition ranged from 95.4% to 104. 2% with RSD ≤ 3.9%. Therefore, the accuracy and precision of the method were confirmed. There was a wide variety of macro - and mieroelements in P. tangutica, of which Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn were rich in high concentrations in different parts. The results could provide a scientific basis for the further studies of the relationship between the officinal effects of P. tangutica and the analyzed elements.
