摘 要:燃煤烟气多污染物一体化控制是当前研究的重点,NaClO2/NaClO复合吸收液同时脱硫脱硝技术脱硫率、脱硝率高,但反应机制比较复杂。通过一系列试验对其反应机制进行了初步探索。结果表明,NaClO2和NaClO自身的分解、NaClO2与NaClO之间反应产生的ClO2和Cl2起主要氧化剂的作用,在吸收过程中能大大提高脱硫率和脱硝率,尤其对脱硝率的提高特别明显。在试验的基础上,推测了NaClO2与NaClO在酸性条件下可能发生的反应过程。Abstract: Integrated control of the multi-pollutant in coal-fired flue gas has become the research focus in now days. NaClO2/NaClO compound absorbent solution presented perfect SO2 and NO removal efficiency, while the reaction mechanism was very complex and still unknown. Series experiments were conducted to do a tentative exploration in the reaction mechanism of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification by NaClO2/NaClO compound absorbent solution. Results showed that ClO2 and Cl2 were produced in the process of NaClO2, NaClO decomposition and reaction; they play a role as major oxidant in the absorption process and could greatly improve the efficiency of denitrification. The reaction process between NaC10 and NaC102 under the acidic conditions was also speculated.
