摘  要:以介孔碳负载钯(Pd/MC)为催化剂,研究4,4′-二硝基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸(DNS酸)液相催化加氢制备4,4′-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2′-二磺酸(DSD酸)反应工艺。结果表明,在蒸馏水为溶剂,催化剂活性组分的负载量为5%,催化剂为原料质量的0.2%,原料质量浓度为175g/L,温度为60℃,压力为1MPa条件下,DNS酸的转化率达100%,DSD酸的纯度为99.46%,收率可达98%以上。The process that preparing 4,4′-diaminostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid(DSD acid) via catalytic hydrogenation of 4,4′-dinitrostilbene-2,2′-disulfonic acid(DNS acid) in liquid-phase with palladium-mesoporous carbon(Pd/MC) as catalyst was studied.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows by using distilled water as solvent: the charge amount of Pd/MC catalyst was 5%,mass ratio of catalyst to raw material was 0.2%,concentration of raw material was 175 g/L,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the hydrogen pressure was 1 MPa.Under these conditions,the conversion of DNS-Na and the selectivity of DSD were 100% and 99.46% respectively,the yield of DSD acid could be above 98%.
