摘 要:以4-Br-1,8-萘二甲酸酐和乙二胺为原料,通过三步合成法得到了一种新的荧光单体。利用这种荧光单体与丙烯酸(AA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,进行自由基聚合反应,合成了含荧光基团的丙烯酸共聚物。通过红外光谱、核磁共振和热分析方法对共聚物进行了表征,并且采用静态法对碳酸钙阻垢率进行测定。结果表明:当n(荧光单体)∶n(AA)=1∶3,反应温度90℃,反应时间4h时,合成共聚物的荧光强度与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.964 8,检测下限为6.8×10-4 mg/L,通过荧光结果得出,采用这种方法合成出的新的荧光单体可以明显降低共聚物的检测下限。当药剂量为20mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率可达到88.2%。A novel water soluble fluorescent monomer was synthesized by three-step process from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and ethylenediamine.The fluorescent monomer then reacted with acrylic acid to produce the acrylic acid copolymer containing fluorescent group,in which the polymerization was initiated by ammonium persulfate and regulated by 2-propanol.The prepared copolymer was characterized by IR,TG-DTA and NMR.By static method,the scale inhibition ratio of CaCO3 was determined.The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined by experiments as follows: n(fluorescent group)∶n(AA)=1∶3,the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,the reaction time was 2.5 h.The relationship between fluorescent intensity and concentration of the copolymer was linear with the correlation coefficient(R) of 0.964 8,and the lower detection limit was 6.8×10-4 mg/L.The results of fluorescence showed that approach to the synthesis of the novel fluorescent monomer could significantly lower the detection limit of the copolymer.The scale inhibition ratio of CaCO3 was 88.2% when the copolymer concentration was 20 mg/L.
