摘 要:天然气水合物(NaturalGasHydrate,NGH)资源的开采与开发已经列入了国家"十二五"发展规划。天然气水合物具有潜在的战略意义和可观的经济效益,并在天然气运输、海水淡化、二氧化碳储存等方面具有巨大的应用前景,而上述技术成功应用的关键在于强化天然气水合物快速生成。综述了天然气水合物强化生成技术与方法的最新研究进展,分析了各自的优缺点,提出了一种管道螺旋流动强化天然气水合物生成技术,并作了展望。Exploitation and development of natural gas hydrate (NGH) have been included in the National 12th Five-Year Development Plan, with potential strategic significance, considerable economic benefits and broad application prospects in natural gas transportation, desalination, carbon dioxide storage and other aspects. The key for successful application of NGH technology is to strengthen fast generation of NGH. Current research process of NGH generation strengthening technologies and methods are summarized. Physical methods include stirring, spraying, bubbling, external field and new technologies developed in recent years. Chemical methods are used to strengthen generating NGH through the use of chemical promoters, including thermodynamic promoters, surfactants and new promoters developed in recent years. These methods can greatly improve NGH generation rate and storage density, but it is difficult to meet the requirements of NGH industrial application due to the higher costs. Therefore, a new spiral pipe flow NGH generation strengthening technology is proposed. It uses the form of NGH spiral flow in the pipeline to maximize the contact area of gas and liquid and accelerates heat removal when the gas hydrate is generated. On this basis, efficient composite promoter and hydrate separation device are provided, which can make the NGH technology closer to industrial application.
