豆制品加工废水厌氧处理的研究

摘  要:本文报道了豆制品废水厌氧处理的结果,小试和中试采用过滤器,生产装置使用上流式污泥床反应器。32℃HRT为两天,废水COD去除率可达94%,BOD去除率达97%,沼气产率为3.4m^3/m^3天,甲烷的含量为59%,日处理60m^3废水可回收沼气400m^3。厌氧溢流液与低浓度废水混合先用生物转盘处理,后经煤渣过滤,其出水可达到上海市允许的标准。 处理工程总投资40万元,占地120m^2,厌氧和转盘处理1kg COD的耗电分别为0.07度和0.63度,处理1立方米废水的成本费为0.42元。The present paper reports the research on anaerobic treatment of effluent from bean product manufacturer by using anaerobic filter (AF) at bench and pilot plant scale, and upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (UASB) at production scale. The following results were obtained when temperature was at 32℃ and HRT at 2 days:Removal rate of GOD:94%Removal rate of BOD:97%Yield of biogas:3.4m3/m3·dayContent of methane:59%400m3 of biogas were produced from 60m3 of effluent treated per day. The anaerobic overflow and effluent at low concentration were mixed up, treated by biological rotator and then by cinder. The effluent after such treatment reached up to the 'Effluent Criteria of Shanghai Municipality'.
