摘 要:输油泵进出口管道安装的合理性对输油泵的正常运行起着重要作用,设计不当可能引发泵的变形、振动、噪声和负压气蚀等一系列问题。为此,基于某工程实例,综合考虑管道应力和泵的水力特性,对输油泵进出口管道的安装方式进行研究。结果表明:输油泵进出口管道的任何一种安装方式,都必须同时满足管道应力和泵的吸入要求。在此基础上,提出当泵站进站压力较高时,宜选用地上安装方式,即以管道应力分析为选择原则;当泵站进站压力较低时,宜选用埋地安装方式,即以泵吸入分析为选择原则。Reasonable installation method for suction and discharge pipe of oil pump plays an important role in pump running. Improper design could cause a series of problems such as pump deformation, vibration, noise, negative pressure cavitations and so on. For this purpose, researches are carried out on the installation method of oil pump suction and discharge pipe based on an engineering case and comprehensive consideration of pipe stress and hydraulic characteristics of the pump. The results show that the installation method of it must meet the requirements for pipe stress and pump suction. On this basis, it is proposed that the aboveground installation method should be selected when the pump station inlet pressure is higher, that is, the pipe stress analysis is taken as a selection principle, and the underground installation method should be selected when the pump station inlet pressure is lower, that is, the pump suction analysis is taken as selection principle.
