摘 要:采用沉积物质量基准法(SQGs)和Hakanson指数法对沥滤前后城市污泥中重金属的潜在生物毒性进行了定性和定量的评价,结果表明氧化亚铁硫杆菌(A.ferrooxidans菌)对Cu、Cd的脱毒作用优于氧化硫硫杆菌(A.thiooxidans菌)。沥滤后污泥的综合潜在生态危害指数均能下降91.0%以上,且A.ferrooxidans菌沥后污泥的潜在生物毒性最弱,其综合潜在生态危害指数为84.75,是生物沥滤去除城市污泥重金属工程应用的适合菌种。The Sediment Quality Guidelines(SQGs) and Hakanson index method were used to qualitatively and quantitatively assess the potential biological toxicity of heavy metals in the city sludge which was leached before and after.The result showed that the detoxication of ferrous oxide Acidithiobacillus on Cu and Cd was better than that of sulfur oxide Acidithiobacillus.After bioleaching,the synthetic potential biological risk index of sludge was decreased by more than 90%.The potential biological toxicity of sludge leached by ferrous oxide Acidithiobacillus is the weakest,and its synthetic potential biological risk index was 84.75%.So the ferrous oxide Acidithiobacillus was considered as a proper bioleaching bacteria for removing heavy metals from sewage sludge in the city.
