摘　　要：总结了首都医科大学附属医院临床学科建设的经验，结合当前形势需要，提出了进一步完善管理制度体系、落实滚动挂靠机制、建立信息沟通平台、健全绩效考评机制等发展措施，以提升医院临床学科水平和实力。The paper analyzed the experiences Capital Medical University. On this basis, the authors of clinical subjects development at hospitals of raised such development suggestions as further improvement of the management systems, progressive affiliation mechanism, information platform, and better performance appraisal mechanism, for the purposes of empowering the standard and strength of clinical subjects of the hospitals.
