摘　　要：从电网安全事故的复杂性、电力系统连锁故障安全风险分析方法、电网系统大停电事故安全风险预防等方面对复杂电网建设安全风险研究现状进行了分析,并提出了复杂电网系统建设安全风险的基本概念.在电网灾害事故分布规律的基础上,运用复杂性理论探讨了大停电事故的演化规律,并就如何准确认识和防范电网建设安全风险提出了进一步研究的思路和方法.A summary of the research progress is made at present based on the complexity, the analysis method and blackout prevention of power system safety, and the basic concept and the relative issues of construction safety risk of the complex power system are introduced. According to the distribution feature, the evolution of power failure blackout is probed into. The new research path and methods of accurate recognition and prevention of safety risks are proposed.
