摘  要:本文以4500kW异步电动机为研究对象,建立了定子三维温度场的数学模型和物理模型,给出了求解域的边界条件以及各部分损耗。采用流体相似理论和三维有限元法计算了异步电动机定子三维温度场,并根据通风道内流体流速求出了散热系数。定子径向通风道内冷却流体的流动状态比较复杂,当冷却气体以不同的入射角度入射时,将径向通风道内流场流速及定子温度的分布进行了比较,得出了有益的结论。In this paper,4500kW asynchronous motor was analyzed,the mathematical model and physical model of 3D stator temperature field were established,the boundary conditions of solved region and all parts losses of all parts were given.Theory of Fluid Similarity and 3D FEM(finite element method) is used to calculate the 3D stator temperature field of asynchronous motor,and according to the fluid velocity of in ventilation ducts,surface coefficient of heat transfer was obtained.The flowing patterns of cooling fluid are more complicated in radial ventilation ducts,and the velocity distribution of fluid fields and stator temperature were compared when cooling air goes into radial ventilation ducts at different incidence angle,some useful results are achieved.
