摘　　要：介绍了轮胎模具的发展现状和加工机床的整体结构、功能原理及相关参数。结合设计过程中的问题,详细论述了利用UG软件进行设计的过程,包括零部件的设计、装配和虚拟调试以及二维工程图的生成。This paper first introduced the current situation and the development of tire mold, then described the method, structure and parameter of tire mold processing machine tool. According to the problems appearing in the design process, it also presented the design process by UG software in details including the design of parts, assembly and virtual debugging, as well as the formation of 2D engineering drawing.
