抗氧化剂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨抗氧化剂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( HIE)患儿免疫功能的影响及临床疗效。方法 :对 64例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行 TCL亚群 ( CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4 / CD8)及血清可溶性白细胞介素 受体 ( SIL— 2 R)检测及临床症状观察。随机分为两组 ,对其中 组 34例予抗氧化剂( Vit C、Vit E及复方丹参 )治疗。结果 :抗氧化剂治疗组 ,神经系统症状的改善、细胞免疫功能的恢复较对照组有明显差异。结论 :HIE患儿早期应用抗氧化剂治疗 ,可明显增强机体免疫功能 ,提高临床治愈率 ,降低病死率 ,有显著临床疗效。Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the therapeutic effect of antioxidant and the effect of antioxidant on immune function of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The TCL subgroups(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) and the soluble Interlukine-2 Reptor(SIL-2R) in sera of 64 neonates with HIE were detected and the clinical symptoms of the patients were observed.The two groups divided randomly.The 34 patients in one group was treated by antioxidant(Vitc,Vite and Fu Fang Dan Shen).The other group was controlled.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The improvement of nerves system symptoms and function of cell immune in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]If patients with HIE are treated by antioxidant early,their immune function will be enhanced significantly.The cure rate will be high,the mortality will be reduced and the antioxidant will be very effective.
