摘  要:在大型火力及原子能发电、石油化工等设备和工程中,为了输送高压液体或气体,常常需要一些厚度要求不等的口径很大的管子。随着被输送液体和气体的温度及压力的升高,管道破裂的危险大大增高,为了保证管道的安全有效,需要从材料和生产工艺2个方面去提高质量,以满足性能要求。目前,生产钢管毛坯的压力加工方法有扩孔-热挤压法、冷挤压法、冲孔-拔伸法、热挤压法、曼特斯曼轧制法等。本文仅对冲孔-拔伸法的原理及主要工艺作一些介绍。In the fields of equipment and engineering of big scale firepower, atomic energy power, and petrochemical industry, for transporting high pressure liquids or gas, it is needs that some big dimension tubes of different thickness. But with the increasing of pressure of liquids and gas under transforming, the cracking possibility has increased, for ensuring the security and validity of tubes, it needs two ways, one is material, another is producing process. To producing process, the focal point is using what method to produce blanks, nowadays, the main ways include hole slash-hot extrusion, cold extrusion, punching-tension, hot extrusion, rolling and so on. The paper only did some introduction for punching-tension.
