摘 要:电火花沉积工艺(ESD)是一种微弧焊工艺,电极材料沉积到基体表面,并与基体冶金结合形成涂层。本文研究了影响沉积层表面粗糙度的工艺参数,其中包括电容、电压、脉冲频率和保护气。通过试验得出,高电压、大电容可以产生高的能量,致使沉积率和表面粗糙度值增大,保护气可以减少材料氧化,使沉积层更光滑。Electro-spark deposition (ESD) is a pulsed-arc micro-welding process in which the electrode material is transferred to the surface as a coating that is metallurgicly bonded to the underlying materials. The process parameters affecting the surface finish of ESD coating were described in the paper, which include capacitance, voltage, pulse frequency, cover gas. Through experiments, it was got that higher voltages and large capacitance produce higher spark energy and a increase in deposition rate and roughness. The use of a cover gas can help provide a smoother deposit and reduce oxide formation with some materials.
