摘　　要：Sundyne高速泵在运行的过程中,由于其转速较高,经常会因为小的故障未及时发觉而迅速地转变为严重故障,并导致部分零件报废,在一定程度上增加了高速泵的运行成本。通过近几年对Sundyne高速泵故障的分析,制定出一套针对Sundyne高速泵故障监测的方法,从根本上杜绝了高速泵抱轴等严重故障的发生。In performance of Sundyne high speed pump, due to its high speed, some small faults are often not detected in time so that serious failures may form, which causes some parts scraped. Thus, the operation cost of this pump increases to some extent. In this article, with the analysis of failures occurred recently in high speed pump, a set of method for monitoring faults occurred in high speed pump was presented, with which some serious failures like shaft holding have been extremely removed.
