摘 要:大型电网安全稳定控制系统的研究、设计和试验是当前电力工业的难题之一。分析了大型电网安全稳定控制系统研发和试验各环节中现有方法存在的问题,提出了基于实时仿真技术进行安全稳定控制系统研发和试验的方法。设计和建立了基于实时数字仿真器(RTDS)技术的安全稳定控制技术试验研究平台,集成了多时间尺度的安全稳定控制技术及装置,构建了接近于实际电网运行工况的仿真环境,可满足大型交直流电网三道防线各种稳定控制技术的研发和试验要求。The research, design and test of the security and stability control system (SSC) is one of the difficult issues in a large-scale power grid. Problems related to the existing methods for development and test of the SSC in a large-scale power grid are analyzed. The SSC test and development method based on real-time simulation technology is proposed. And a real time simulation platform based supporting framework is presented, which includes research, design, production, test, and operation analysis, Based on the rea^time digital simulator (RTDS), a real-time simulation platform for the test and development of the stability control system is built, in which a simulated environment close to reality is established and many kinds of stability control systems with multiple time scales are integrated. It can meet the test, research and development requirements of different kinds of security and stability control systems within three guard lines in a large-scale AC/DC power grid.
