摘 要:研制了新型大容量直流融冰兼静止无功补偿器(SVC)装置。与小容量直流融冰装置相比,大容量直流融冰兼SVC装置具有以下特点:设备容量较大且具有SVC功能,一次结构上采用2台三绕组换流变压器,高压侧从高压电网直接受电,中压侧连接交流滤波器组,低压侧连接晶闸管阀组;通过14组三相电动隔离开关的位置变换和控制保护系统的功能切换,实现了融冰和SVC运行模式之间的自动切换,可尽量避免人工参与;由于设备应用场合重要性更高且需要长期运行,控制保护系统采用了双系统冗余配置,提高了设备的可靠性。现场应用表明,大容量直流融冰兼SVC装置在融冰模式运行时可有效解决大线径、长距离超高压线路的覆冰问题;在SVC模式运行时可有效提高电网电压的支撑能力。A new large-capacity DC deicer/static var compensator(SVC) is developed.Compared with small-capacity DC deicer,it has many characteristics.Because of large capacity and static var compensation,the device contains two 3-winding converter transformers.High-voltage side of the transformers is powered directly from the high voltage grid,mid-voltage side is connected with AC filter banks,and the low-voltage side is connected with thyristor valves.Because of large size of equipment parts,automatic switching function is achieved between deicing and SVC operation mode by changing the position of 14 3-phase electric switches and switching control and protection functions,to avoid human intervention.Because the devices are connected with high operational importance,and the long operating time,the control and protection system is designed to use dual-redundant configuration so as to improve the overall reliability.Field application indicates that when large-capacity DC deicer/SVC operates in deicing mode,it can solve the ice-clad problems of the large diameter,long-distance extra-high voltage(EHV) line effectively.When it operates in SVC mode,it can improve the supporting ability of grid voltage effectively.
