摘 要:由覆冰引起的输电线路绝缘子绝缘特性下降是导致电网事故的重要原因之一。为此,研究了220kV复合绝缘子的覆冰电气特性。针对220kV的防冰闪型复合绝缘子进行污秽模拟及覆冰过程试验,采用恒压升降法获得复合绝缘子50%闪络电压U50%及其标准偏差σ50%,并测量了其在覆冰条件下的电压分布情况。结果表明:在相同条件下,防冰闪型复合绝缘子的冰凌桥接时间比普通绝缘子的冰凌桥接时间延缓了约5倍,但是其单位长度覆冰质量比普通绝缘子增加了约0.6kg/m。覆冰情况下防冰闪型复合绝缘子的50%闪络电压U50%比普通型复合绝缘子高11.4%,电压梯度Eh高7.8kV/m。因此,优化复合绝缘子的伞形结构可改善其冰闪特性。The decline of the insulation performance of the transmission line caused by the ice-covered insulator strings is an important factor leading to grid fault.Therefore,the electrical performance of an ice-covered 220 kV composite insulator is studied in this paper.Artificial contamination and ice are put on the anti-icing composite insulator.Then the U50% flashover voltage U50% and standard deviation σ50% of the composite insulator are gained and the potential distribution on the ice-covered insulator is measured.The results show that the icicle bridging time of anti-icing insulator is 5 times more than that of the normal insulator while the ice mess is heavier by 0.6 kg/m.Moreover,the U50% and Eh of the anti-icing insulator are higher than those of the normal composite insulator by 11.4% and 7.8 kV/m in the same condition.It is concluded that the umbrella structure of composite insulator can improve the ice flashover characteristics of the insulator.
