摘  要:干区的形成是绝缘子污闪发生的一个必要条件,干区的形成受电压、污秽种类和含量、天气等诸多因素的影响,研究干区形成的影响因素问题,不仅有助于更加深刻地认识干区的形成,而且可以完善外绝缘污闪理论。为此,以矩形污秽玻璃片模拟实际绝缘子,在人工雾室中试验研究了污秽和雾对干区形成的影响。试验结果表明:随着等值附盐密度(ESDD)的增加,干区的形成时间逐渐缩短,干区宽度逐渐减小;随着等值附灰密度(NSDD)的增加,干区的形成时间逐渐变长,干区宽度逐渐增大;随着雾浓度的增大,干区的形成时间不变,干区宽度逐渐减小。此外,基于热量平衡理论对这些影响趋势给出了解释。研究结果表明ESDD、NSDD和雾浓度对于干区的形成是有影响的。The existence of the dry-band is a necessary condition to the occurrence of pollution flashover.The formation of dry-band is affected by a number of factors,such as voltage,pollution type,pollution amount,and weather.Research on the factors affecting dry-band formation not only helps profoundly understand the formation of dry-band,but also enriches and improves the theory of outdoor insulation flashover.In order to study the effect of pollution and fog on the formation of dry-bands,rectangular sheets of glass were used to simulate the insulators in the fog chamber in this paper.The experimental results show that,as the equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) increases,the dry-band formation time and the dry-band width both decrease;as the non-soluble deposit density(NSDD) increases,the dry-band formation time the dry-band width both increase;as the fog concentration increases,the dry-band formation time remains unchanged but the dry-band width decreases.Consequently,a theory to explain these effects in terms of heat balance is put forward.The research shows that ESDD,NSDD,and fog concentration can affect the formation of dry-band.
