摘  要:复合绝缘带电是否会对绝缘子盐密(ESDD)和灰密(NSDD)值产生影响关系到电力系统污秽复合外绝缘配置,开展带电复合绝缘子与不带电复合绝缘子积污对比观测有助于研究复合绝缘子带电与不带电运行积污规律。为此,选择深圳地区22处代表性的输电杆塔上进行带电与不带电复合绝缘子挂样观测,测量了积污期为2a的复合绝缘子盐密、灰密和灰密盐密比,对比了带电与不带电复合绝缘子上表面、下表面与单片均值积污规律的差别。结果表明:带电与否对复合绝缘子上表面盐密基本无影响,下表面盐密值约增加0.3倍,片均值约增加0.1倍;带电复合绝缘子盐密片均值与不带电复合绝缘子上、下表面盐密值有较好的线性关系;带电运行对复合绝缘子灰密值有影响,带电有利于不溶灰份的积累,上表面灰密增加0.4倍,下表面增加约0.7倍,片均值增加约0.5倍。带电绝缘子的灰密盐密比更大。带电复合绝缘子积污特性的对比观测数据为实验室开展复合绝缘子污闪试验工况及现场外绝缘配置考虑带电因素提供了基础数据。Equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and non soluble deposit density(NSDD) are the basic data for outer-insulation coordination and pollution distribution classification,and it is hard to obtain the contamination data of charged composite insulator.In order to study the contamination characteristics on charged and uncharged composite insulator,we selected 22 transmission towers representing typical distribution as the contrast observation positions for composite insulator of charged and uncharged,measured ESDD,NSDD and the ratio of NSDD to ESDD of composite insulator with 2 years contamination time,and compared the difference of natural contamination characteristics of composite insulator of charged and uncharged.The results show that,the upper surface ESDD of composite insulator is not influenced whether it is charged or not.the lower surface ESDD of charged composite insulator is about 1.3 times that of uncharged one;the single insulator ESDD average value is about 1.1 times that of uncharged one;there is a good relation between the ESDD average value of composite insulator charged with the upper and lower surface ESDD of that uncharged;the upper surface NSDD of composite insulator charged is 0.4 times higher than that the uncharged,the lower surface NSDD is 0.7 times higher and the NSDD average value is about 0.5 times higher than that of the uncharged;the ratio of NSDD to ESDD of charged is higher than that of the uncharged.
