摘 要:针对输电线路复合绝缘子运行检测现状,在综述国内外相关检测技术的基础上,结合光纤传感技术和复合绝缘子技术,通过在复合绝缘子的芯棒基体内植入光纤布拉格光栅构成智能芯棒结构,成功研制了光纤光栅复合绝缘子,设计了复合绝缘子内部温度与应力的采集系统,从而实现了复合绝缘子运行状态的实时监测;并对光纤光栅复合绝缘子进行了标定试验,确定了光纤光栅复合绝缘子的光栅中心波长与温度及拉力之间的定量数值关系。研究结果表明,拉力和温度的变化均与光栅中心波长变化量呈很好的线性关系,其中光栅的拉力系数在47~50pm/kN、温度系数基本在13.5~14.1pm/°C范围内变动。这些数据为绝缘子挂网运行状态分析定量检测依据。According to the present situation of inspection of the insulators in transmission lines, based on reviewing the related inspection at home and abroad, and combined with optical fiber sensing technology and composite insulator technology, the intelligence rod structure of the composite insulator was developed by embedding fiber Bragg grating (FBG} into the composite insulator rod. The internal temperature and stress collection system of the composite insulator was designed to realize real time monitoring of the running composite insulators. The calibration test of the composite insulator was performed to determine the quantitative relationship between the center wavelength of the FBG and the temperature/stress of the composite insulator. The results show that the temperature and stress of the composite insulator have a good linear relationship with the center wavelength of the FBG. The tension coefficient of FBG in the insulator is 47~50 pm/kN, and the temperature coefficient is 13.5~ 14.1 pm/℃, which provides inspection reference for the running composite insulator embedded with FBG.
