摘　　要：结合某炼钢厂连铸机的实际工作状况,针对其存在的问题,对其出坯系统中的翻钢机与横移机能力进行校核,重新确定了二冷辊道的结构方式,对出坯系统中的翻钢机、横移机的结构尺寸进行了改进,改进后系统投产运行平稳,达到了预期的设计效果。Combined with the actual working status for continuous casting system of steel plant GuiYang special steel company.It checks analysis billet output system and it confirms the power of steel turning machine and lateral moving machine in the light of its existing problems.It reconfirm structure mode of water cooling roller,it confirms structure and dimensions and improved mode for billet output system.It is running smoothly now.it meets the design desire.
