摘　　要：对于身份的思考是纳博科夫早期作品中的一个非常重要的主题。本文拟从身份研究的视角分析探讨纳博科夫的《玛丽》、《防守》和《眼睛》中的三位俄罗斯移民的身份特征,指出加宁的"逃离"、卢勤的"防守"以及"我"/斯苗洛夫的"绝望"都是由于遭受到外部因素的冲击而无法获得明确的身份确认。他们的逃离、防守和绝望是其应对身份缺失的策略。他们也分别代表了三种不同的身份状态。通过对这三位人物的身份分析,本文进一步指出,纳博科夫本人的身份问题通过这三个人物也得以体现。In Nabokov＇ s early novels, the identity concern is a very important theme. This thesis puts forward an analysis on the identity features of three Russian 6migr6s in Nabokov＇ s Mary, The Defense and The Eye. What is intended here is to illustrate that the cause of Ganin＇ s escape, Luzhin＇ s defense and I/Smurov＇ s despair is the fact that they cannot clearly define their identity which has been destroyed during some social events. ＂Escape, defense and despair＂ are their re- sponse to that kind of loss. And they may respectively be looked as three status quo among the Russian 6miges. Through the analysis of these three characters＇ identity features, we may, to a degree, understand Nabokov＇ s personal anxiety over his own identity.
