摘 要:针对铝厂轧板生产过程中产生的高浓度乳化废水,采用新型的不锈钢膜分离系统除去95%以上的有机物及油类,并进行浓缩回收油脂,滤过液采用传统药剂混凝法进行处理,在适宜的药剂配比、搅拌速度及反应温度下,实现废乳液处理出水CODCr含量低于100mg/L,达到国家工业污水一级排放标准.Waste emulsion from aluminum machining has high amulsified oil concentrations. The new stainless steel membrane separation system was used to treat the waste emulsion. The results showed that the system removed more than 950//00 of organic compounds and oily substances, at the same time oily substances was concentrated so as to recycle useful components. The filtrate which contains high concentration of CODcr was treated by traditional coagulation process. Under the conditions of appropriate chemicals ratio, stirring speed and reaction temperature , the CODcr of the filtrate was reduced to less than 100 mg/L, which meets the national level of industrial wastewater discharge standards.
