摘 要:针对面向绿色制造的车间调度问题,文章综合考虑加工时间、电能消耗的可计算性和质量、环境影响的复杂模糊性,采用0-1变量思想将质量、环境影响转化为可计算的因素建立了以最小完工时间,最小电能消耗为目标以质量和环境影响为约束的调度数学模型。采用遗传算法结合变权重思想对该优化问题求解,同时结合一个齿轮加工过程中面向绿色制造的车间优化调度为例,说明该优化方法的可行性。In comprehensive consideration of the computability of the processing time, the consumption of power and the fuzziness of quality and environmental impact, an optimization model of the scheduling of machine for green manufacturing is been built in this paper. This model based on 0 - 1 variable thought is setted up for the target to get the minimum completion time and the least power consumption and it getted the the quality and environmental impact as constraints. This model is analyzed and resolved with the genetic algorithm and the variable weight theory. A case study in a scheduling of machine of gear for green manufacturing and it explains that this method is useful.
